In my previous role as project manager I worked in a range of properties for a range of customers varying from local authority to industrial/commercial sectors. It includes using bespoke client systems for asbestos management in local authority using Microsoft Excel and Access usage.I dealt directly with the customers during pre start meetings scoping meetings and progress meetings.Responsibilities in this role included:•co-ordination of all site staff and relevant office staff to meet project and business needs.•day to day contact with all customers .•responsible for financial performance of projects and keeping these within customer budgets and timescales. Included liaising with third parties to ensure smooth progress of works and keeping the customer informed.•performing and adhering to customer and internal KPI's.•reviewing of technical information prior to being released to clients.•assessment of project works.•completing and documenting desk top and scoping exercises for production of methods statements, risk assessments and survey plans.•Undertaking quality investigations including follow up to customers and regulatory organisations. The role meant showing adaptability to business needs.I participated in the internal and external QC and auditing schemes.I wanted to apply the technical ability and experience from a consultancy based career and progress it in a compliance based role.
