  Projects:1) Design and testing of an automated production machine for trimming of resistive-element potentiometers to improve linearity. Was able to achieve linearity reduction from 3-5% to 0.5-1.5%. Similar machines designed by European companies cost about EUR 60,000 including man-hours spent.
