Senior Logistics Manager responsible for all organization, operations oversight, guidance, execution, and training for the movement of the Army Team C4ISR mission from Ft. Monmouth, Ft. Belvoir, Huntsville, and Ft. Knox to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Devised logistics processes to effect this relocation on time and under budget. Role included direct oversight for logistical analysis and inventory planning involving management of tracking of cataloging, packaging and transportation of items from hard drives to Hummer Vehicles. Also tracked turn-in of items no longer required for support of the organizations. Used Microsoft Access to create weekly program status reports for the management team. Managed the reliability goals, risks, and objectives on the Army's major system DCGS-A. Prepared RCM, RAM, and Reliability Growth Plan reports and performed life cycle support analysis tasks. Functions performed included requirements definition, creating plans for integration, test and evaluation, fielding/installation and disposition. Monitored Risk Management issues. Designed Failure Analysis, Reporting and Corrective Action Support (FRACAS) procedures and identified items for Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) processes.
