  Algonomics provided in silico & in vitro immunogenicity screening services for biopharma industry. I was involved in the crucial lab work: isolating PBMC from donor blood and performing advanced immunological cellular assays with flow cytometry and ELISPOT readouts. My major responsibility was a research collaboration with the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative (IAVI), investigating the immunogenicity of HIV gag epitopes in the Zambian population through in vitro immunogenicity assays.

  Biology Project Leader, Respiratory Infections Discovery Research• Co-leading a PhD-level cross-functional team dedicated to a Hit Identification stage project, with 1.2+MM small molecule high-throughput screening campaign to identify novel antivirals• Coordinating in vitro primary pharmacology activities in support of multiple antiviral drug discovery projects (matrix), ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results• Reviewing and interpreting results to enable data-driven project decision making from Hit ID through LO to NME declaration• Ensuring compliance with data integrity policy for data collection, handling, storage, and reporting• Managing a major cross-departmental outsourcing contract with a CRO• Providing regular project updates toward senior leadership through written and oral communications Show less When I joined Janssen in 2011 as a contractor, I became part of the Dengue antiviral drug discovery team (now GPH) for several years, performing both biochemical and cell-based assays. I was trained in immunofluorescence and high-content imaging, and have successfully applied these newly acquired skills for both Dengue and Respiratory Infections antiviral drug discovery projects.I was also involved in several exploratory target validation/assay development projects for Oncology TA, e.g. induction of myeloid differentiation (AML), functional profiling of kinase inhibitors (NSCLC) and immunofluorescence-based monitoring of epigenetic markers (solid tumors).
