  As a member of the ISCP (Industrial, Supply Chain & Planning) central team of Alstom, i was dedicated to the definition and deployment of the core ERP processes for Industrialization & Manufacturing scope.As an Industrial & Manufacturing Business Process Owner (BPO), I was the referee for processes for 30 production sites worldwide.My main activites were : • Deploy the Industrial & Manufacturing core ERP processes on Alstom production sites worldwide (participating in deployments for French, Brazilian, Italian, and Swedish sites). • Animate a worldwide industrial network with cross-functional teams and drive wokshops with Regional Business Process Experts to identify new Business Requirements (Regions : France, Europe, North & South America, Asia Pacific, Africa Middle East & Central Asia). • Ensure core ERP solution is matching the business needs in close collaboration with the Information Systems department. • Lead End to End solutions improvement from a business standpoint : Business Requirement definition, Releases Scope arbitration based on Business Cases / ROI, Functional Specification validation, User Acceptance Test campaigns management, End User Trainings & Go Live follow-up. • Drive transversal cross-streams topics related to Manufacturing Processes in integration with Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, & Finance BPOs. • Formalize all the project and core process documentations (methodologies, uses cases, project statuses, etc.).Skills & Experiences developped : • Strong Business knowledge on Industrial & Manufacturing Processes (Materials, BoMs, Routings, Production Orders, etc.) • Transversal knowledge on Industrial and Manufacturing solutions & interfaces for PLM (DELMIA 3DExperience), ERP (SAP PP), MES (DELMIA Apriso), BI (Qliksense). • Team spirit, able to work in an international environment. • Excellent communication, presentation & writing skills (French & English).
