      I worked for several months at New Day as a collections agent. This is the UK's largest issuer of credit cards providing credit cards for the Arcadia group, Debenhams, House of Frasier etc. Within this role I had to deal with both incoming and outgoing calls. I help customers with financial difficulties and solutions on possible errors that may occur within the system. This job required speed, efficiency and keen problem solving skills.
