      Jag är underkonsult till Sweden HR Group och stöttar f.n i två olika uppdrag.1) Ansvarig projektledare för ett uppdrag att skapa en helt ny organisation för redaktionen på Svenska Dagbladet. Uppdraget innefattade projektledning och guidning av projektresurser från SvD för att designa en helt ny organisation. Jag tog tog fram planen, höll workshops och projektmöten för att vägleda gruppen att komma fram med sin nya organisation. Resultatet togs mycket väl emot av styrgruppen i juni och under hösten stöttade jag den interna projektledaren genom coaching och deltagande i projektgruppens workshops. Under våren 2025 leder jag övergångsteamet under perioden då den nya organisationen implementeras.2) Jag håller två ledarskapsprogram för första och andra linjens chefer hos Witron Logistik GMBH.
