  Emptycup Problem Statement - To provide a chrome based CAD software for interior designing which helps people create layouts, interior design their house and then execute the project.Role - Had dual responsibility of completely scoping out (APM) and executing (SDE) the manufacturing integration part of the product.Contributions - Led the entire product development lifecycle, crafting and executing PRDs for the "planks-list" module, and independently designing app UI wireframes.Implemented A/B testing, collaborated on "planks-list" and "BOQ" phases, achieving a 90% improvement in project execution efficiency.Introduced rework capabilities, enhancing project flexibility.   Urbanpiper Problem Statement - Tech-middleware in Food and Beverages Space providing centralised dashboards to restaurants to handle their online operations and analytics, via a native solution or restausrant's current POS. Role - I was a part of Prodcut Team which handles IPAAS for food aggregators in India such as Zomato, Swiggy, Thrive, Magicpin etc. Our main KPIs revolved around system stability, agility of product developments and revenue unlocking. Hence the techno-funtional aspects.Few contributions and achievements -o Improved Feature Parity with Zomato from 60% to 90% - Implemented 23+ features end-to-end and made it accessible to the merchant base creating value.o Achieved a ~35% improvement in Zomato's POS score, positioning Urbanpiper as the second-largest restaurant service provider leading to 15 % MoM onboarding increase.o Improved Zomato’s partner API Documentation which was endorsed by Zomato cementing Urbanpiper as a valued partner.
