  • Gathered data for a study on the adoption, maintenance, and diffusion of rain barrels, an issue which had not previously been studied• Assisted with creation of a survey which was sent to 600 individuals in Lafayette and Valparaiso, IN; administered interviews to 30 individuals in Valparaiso, IN.• Created a “best practice assessment” for rain barrels, measuring and indexing the quality of maintenance of a rain barrel. During my assistantship 400 rain barrels in Lafayette and Valparaiso, IN were analyzed using this assessment. Show less
