Cell parameter load in BSS and necessary configuration (CGI, LOCNO) in MSS also configured. Intra, internal & external neighbor are defined in both BSS and MSS. RBS configure (CF, IS, TF, TRX, TX, TS), cell tei with TRX & TX and device allocation to ensure resources for voice traffic and signaling from BTS to BSC. Ensure proper terminal-based remote support to the ROM (Regional operation & maintenance) team during Rollout and also perform PAT test to declare new BTS ON AIR. Reduce MTTR (Mean Time To Rectify) regarding BTS-related outage. Reduced Capacity monitored and ensured network availability and TCH availability. BS fault monitoring and also solved BS faults under TRX, TX, RX, and TS remotely without the physical presence of ROM members. BS fault under CF and external faults are solved along with the presence of ROM members. Ensure terminal-based fault handling regarding RBS and Radio problems. Faulty equipment monitoring from a live network and also issued TR for emergency replacement of faulty equipment.
