  During my time at AI VIVO, my main role was to develop advanced techniques for exploratory data analysis (EDA) in the context of single-cell datasets. To achieve this, I utilized various Python and R packages, including SCVI, Scanpy, and Seurat, which helped me to accurately infer the relationship between these datasets and any underlying diseases. Specifically, I focused on the application of variational inference models, which allowed me to extract valuable insights from these complex datasets. Overall, my work at AI VIVO was critical in advancing the field of single-cell analysis, and I am proud to have contributed to such an important area of research. Show less
