  I worked at Petrobras’ R&D Center. During this period, I worked at several activities:* R&D projects and failure analysis in corrosion and integrity of equipments and facilities. At that time, I had the opportunity to work, as Petrobras' representative, at the elaboration of ISO 21457 ("Petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries — Materials selection and corrosion control for oil and gas production systems").* I also worked at R&D projects at renewable energy. A good achiviement was to help Petrobras to get its first wind farm at Northeast region of Brazil, at public wind energy auction at 2009.* After that, I worked as a material selection engineer at E&P’s Basic Design Department, mainly for Cessão Onerosa’s Basic Projects. I also worked at and failure analysis in corrosion and integrity of equipments and facilities. I also participated at at the elaboration of ISO 17349 ("Petroleum and natural gas industries — Offshore platforms handling streams with high content of CO2 at high pressures"). Show less

  Senior Equipment Engineer

  I worked at Petrobras Transporte (TRANSPETRO), at Pipeline Protection’s Executive Management. I was responsible for introduction, implementation and using of new technologies for detection and mainly, localization of leakage in pipelines (i.e.: Instrumented Pig, LDS,...). I am leading activities related to the evaluation of these technologies in field tests, elaboration of technical documents for bidding process and inspection/oversight of some agreements related to the effective use of these technologies at Transpetro.   Nowadays, I am working at HSE’s (Health, Safety and Environmental) Executive Management of Petrobras. I am responsible for evaluating environmental aspects as a team member of Investment of Large Capital Projects and Pilot Projects related to renewable energies, such as: offshore wind farms, CCUS (carbon capture, utilization and storage) and biofuels.
