  I was the Store Manager for Kay Bee Toys. I was in charge of 2 stores. Making sure that the daily duties were being performed. When my District Manager got very ill I was asked by the Regional Manager Lou Cohen to take over the District entirely until he returned back to work. I was promoted to Acting District Manager and so I was in charged of 12 stores total. I traveled to stores, made sure they were fully staffed, had corporate visits, weekly conference calls, had one on ones with all Store Managers and ensured that we were reaching daily, weekly, and monthly Goals. I held that position for 11 months until he returned. I then kept my Training Store Manager Position and they created a position for me as the Area Manager. Show less
