      In this senior leadership role, I spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive systems and innovative solutions supporting 2500 users spanning the global operations for the entire U.S. Department of State. I own direct the oversight of high-functioning cross-functional teams comprised of data scientists, product/project managers, business analysts, web administrators, and developers tasked with delivering human-centered design solutions focused on meeting program requirements.• Oversee critical missions for numerous spaces including acquisitions and procurement, collaborative strategy and management, emergency management operations and planning, information access and transparency, language services, logistics management, overseas schools, privacy, and records management.• Direct a portfolio consisting of artificial intelligence, business intelligence, data analytics, machine learning, web low-code/no-code solutions, and global applications. By developing and executing the program's IT strategy, I ensured alignment with the department's overarching goals defined in the Joint Strategic Plan.• Acknowledged as the strategic planning subject matter expert in support of the Deputy Secretary of State's Office of the Transparency Coordinator, I focused on producing an enterprise-wide data management platform and requisite IT and business process policies to meet the mandates of the President's Directive on Managing Government Records.• Appointed the IT Team Lead on the HRC Email Review Project, I oversaw the review and release of 30,044 emails/52,422 pages leveraging lessons learned from the Benghazi Project.• Engaged as the IT Project Manager, Benghazi, for the department's Congressional information access initiative mandated by three Congressional subpoenas for information concerning the September 11, 2012 attack on the U.S. Special Mission in Benghazi, Libya.• Orchestrated the design and execution of novel processes enabling the review and processing of 14,277 records/44,114 pages of highly sensitive material, coordinating Interagency review in collaboration with White House officials; produced material for presentation to the House Committee on the Oversight and Government Reform and House Select Committee on Benghazi. Show less As an IT project manager, I concurrently orchestrated two multi-million-dollar, multi-year IT programs including the oversight of two integrated project teams tasked with replacing the legacy case processing and document management system and the corresponding data migration initiative.
