  Planned, executed and maintained a $24.4M, 7,255 sortie/6,755 hour annual flying hour program integrating 154 multinational trainees and 42 instructor pilots. Planned and executed evaluations of Combat Air Force units employing Air-to-Ground precision-guided munitions in combat scenarios at the USAF Air-to-Ground Weapon System Evaluation Program. Combat mission ready A-10 flight examiner. Administered and documented flight and ground evaluations. Trained to conduct & control multinational air strikes in sensitive airspace near the Korean Demilitarized Zone. Instructed and mentored upgrading pilots and instructors in all aspects of A-10 FTU training. Performed post-maintenance functional check test flights. Supervised $5.7M training contract and $14M simulator operation in support of five A-10 pilot upgrade syllabi. Combat mission ready A-10 pilot trained to lead and control deployed airborne strike assets as a 4-Ship flight lead and Forward Air Controller. Insured worldwide mobility readiness and training of 49 personnel as unit deployment manager. Combat mission ready A-10 pilot trained to conduct and control multinational airstrikes flown in support of ground forces in sensitive airspace near a hostile nation’s border. Advised Army Battalion Commander of Close Air Support aircraft capabilities required to support battlefield objectives and provided detailed integration necessary to control airborne assets in close proximity to friendly forces.
