Feb 2006 - May 2018After a long and successful run as a General Manager, I was tapped to step up and assist the GVP manage and direct the integration of G&K operations and customers into Cintas for the Central Group. This is a $2B acquisition, and the largest in the company’s history. Acting as a strategic partner to the CEG VP, I helped merge customer accounts, adapt synergies, and ensure no revenue was lost. Working with Six Sigma and their methodologies I implement best practices and maintain high operational levels. My goal is to streamline the integration so customers feel zero impact, revenue projections are hit, and employees remain engaged through the immense changes. During the yearlong project, I have utilized sound project management tools to track group synergies, transfers, and migrated volume. A few of my achievements have included: * Rebranding company trucks* Decommissioned 1 G&K location* Helped plan for and convert CEG G&K Service Reps to the Cintas pay plan.* Migrated several thousand customers with minimal loss of revenue. Show less Moving into a General Manager role, I oversaw 4 departments (sales, service, plant and office) and 150 partners at a multi-million dollar location. Over an 8-year period, I fostered revenue growth with leading improvements in processes, procedures, safety, turnover, and profitability. Here I was also able to showcase my strong operational skill set while upholding compliance with federal, state, and local regulation agencies such as County Water, EPA, DOT, OSHA, and Sarbanes-Oxley. I acted as a strategic business partner to sales and operations on the sale and maintenance of new accounts. Evaluating customer pricing, market conditions, and internal cost structure, I determined customer annual price increases and implemented accordingly. Regardless of my team’s achievements, I was also forward looking, determine future means of improvement while creating successful go-forward strategies for new products, markets, and services. Within rental I had the pleasure to lead and empower a service team of 11, generating over $5M in annual revenue. I capitalized on industry-leading practices to cultivate employee growth while motivating and rallying behind company goals. During this time, I increased my team’s annualized revenue 10% and significantly reduced turnover within the service department.
