  This facility closing down in December, I teach Zumba, RPM,Yoga and the occasional group circuit class if needed. I also worked as a Trainer until that aspect of the building closed.

  I teach a variety of classes for resorts, private cottages and clients. I signed a confidentiality agreement owing to the high profile of some clients. Individual and group classes in all disciplines.

  I certify people in fitness, personal training, older adult specialist and nutrition and weight loss. I facilitate courses, as well as provide opportunities to write exams and complete practicals. I have been nominated for 6 awards for my professionalism, presentations and course facilitation, I won in 2015 for Participant's Choice.
