      Beginning in 2011, I crafted the charter and bylaws for the 116th Regiment Chapter of the US Cavalry and Armor Association. After securing 501(c)8 status, I recruited and developed board members, and began initial operational fund fundraising. This has led to a decade long sustained awards program, annual member events, and a legacy impact that improves professional participation in the association.In 2013, I led the strategy session that culminated in the establishment of the Caldwell Veteran's Council. As a key leader to this infant 501(c)3, I crafted foundational documents, personally secured $100k in grant funding, and mobilized veteran service organization stakeholders of into a collaborative, out-comes based coalition who have built relationships with 20 supporting agencies committing resources to the Caldwell Veterans Memorial Hall. From 2013 to 2018, I assisted as project manager to Caldwell Veterans Council development activities that resulted in donated labor (9800 hours) and materials totaling $1,900,000 from over 54 private, public, and volunteer contributors towards the renovation and conversion of the 1913 Carnegie Library into the Caldwell Veterans Memorial Hall.Beginning in 2017, my grassroots participation in the growth and establishment of Mission43, Idaho's veteran service organization for Post 9/11 Veterans was met with cohesive partnerships and resulted in my delivery of a 2018 TEDx talk entitled, "How today's Veterans build community differently."
