  I've worked at Serco, Inc., for 13 years. My last role was as Manager of the Health Insurance Marketplace Integration Team. This team of technically savvy professionals is focused on aligning Serco's operational objectives with the broader Health Insurance Marketplace goals for consumer enrollment and eligibility support.MI Team spearheads initiatives focused on integration and alignment with Marketplace data sources, resulting in more real-time data solutions, automation, optimization, and increased efficiencies through data synchronization. Our team has taken legacy data transactions to more real time solutions through application program interfaces (APIs) as well as event streaming.
