  Contracted Lead Business Analyst

  RBS was divesting 314 of its branches to create a standalone, new challenger bank called Williams and Glynn. As part of that huge divestment the Williams and Glynn target operating model is to have a centralised MI and Analytics function. I was contracted to the project team as Lead Business Analyst responsible for managing a team to stand that function up.
