  During 2024, I co-founded Gryves Inc., a startup aimed at transforming the automotive diagnosis and maintenance process in Brazil. Its main product, UPit, developed for Porto Seguro's Oxigênio accelerator, is an app that allows users to diagnose problems in their vehicles independently, automatically connecting them to the nearest workshop to schedule services, using technologies such as 3D modeling, artificial intelligence and machine learning.Within the company, I worked on structuring and maintaining the database, managing back-end functions with a focus on performance, security and data integrity, using SQL language and Oracle's SQL Developer tool.I also worked on the continuous development and updating of the technical repository (Trello) and the Product Backlog, ensuring the efficient prioritization of demands and improvements. I also took care of the creation and development of a machine learning system using Google Colab Research, optimizing internal processes and data maintenance.In the marketing and business area, I was responsible for drawing up detailed business plans, including market analysis, financial projections and growth strategies. I also handled the development of high-impact pitches for investors, focusing on the clear presentation of opportunities and value propositions. I worked on the development of UX/UI Writing, ensuring clarity and usability in system interfaces, as well as the production of technical and operational documentation, ensuring standardization and comprehension.Responsible for developing the brand and branding, including creating the logo and defining the name, aligning them with the values and market positioning. I also worked on drawing up guidelines for the application of the brand, ensuring a consistent and strategic visual identity.Currently, the UPit project and Gryves Inc. have been discontinued.
