  Duties and Responsibilities:• Conduct field visits to monitor the quality of project activities and ensure that project targets are being achieved.• Provide support to the IP team during the CVA activities, ensure the FSP and vendors are following the SOPs, and committed to the core value of humanitarian work.• Initiate and validate triggers for emergency response based on CARE’s preset aspects and participate in the development and implementation of the RNA activates and tool whenever needed.• Effectively coordinate and assist the implementing partners, on the ground and at the field level, to identify potential communities for CARE intervention where emergency response is most needed.• Routinely check on partners’ warehouses and ensure that all kits and rations are stored properly, available, and purchased according to the project and work plan.• Conducting IDP tracking on a regular basis in areas where IDP influxes are heading.• Ensure regular and timely reporting of problems, potential delays, or risks to project implementation to the supervisor, and support in the development and execution of solutions and mitigating actions for the IP in close coordination with ER project Coordinator. • Support the local partner for any need assessment planned in the programming area.
