  Regardless of repute, my time at BYJU’S was full of learning, and building.I’ve always questioned my educational experience, the rote memorisation, the pressure to study only for exams, or employment. Because learning could be so much more! Because the world is full of wonder, and that wonder deserves to be felt in every learning experience by every child!At BYJU’S, that belief drove everything I created. My goal was always to make learning meaningful and delightful, and to spark that sense of awe in the learner.I got to wear many hats and create across mediums: films, animated videos, workbooks, quizzes, interactive games, card games, phygital experiences, picture books, comics, memes, and a whole lot more.I taught biology, physics, math, english, environmental science, art, SEL, design thinking, life skills for neurodivergent learners, and a whole lot more. I was also incredibly fortunate to work on projects with some of my biggest inspirations—like Disney, Joe Hanson, Tyler DeWitt, Edward Burger, VVS Laxman, Mitali Raj, Vishwanathan Anand.The best part about early-stage startups is, you have to mold and stretch to fit any role, learning fast and building products from scratch while scaling them with efficacy. In the process I became...a jack of many trades (product and project management, marketing, filmmaking, design, data analysis, user research), and master of a few (storytelling, visual communication, content strategy, learning design, leadership).And I got to do it all with a lean and mean powerhouse of creative minds who showed up with their best every day (even Monday mornings!) and made work feel like a dream.
