Driving day to day transformation processes and working with all levels of the organisation to ensure quick and successful implementation of improvements. As Continuous Improvement (CI) superintendent I was responsible for managing the CI team and working closely with leaders and senior management to develop, implement and manage the CI strategy, framework and program to achieve sustainable business performance. As the business analyst I provided financial planning, reporting and analysis support for Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives. Utilising lean six sigma tools I was able to identify and implement improvement initiatives. As the financial accountant, I managed the financial accounts including budgets and forecasts, cost analysis, month end journals and tax modelling.
