Identify and communicate system gaps or issues to relay back to technical stakeholders.- Maintain total ownership of all quality control functions, providing updates on team performance metrics and test results to PMO while forecasting and reporting acquisition and procurement needs to ensure software and hardware requirements are equipped with industry-leading materials in compliance with contractual obligations.- Translate technical specifications into functional requirements and insights to provide informed communications to cross-functional stakeholders, functioning as centralized communication hub to liaise between engineers, program managers, and external stakeholders.- Leverage my industry expertise to build relations and network with global industry leaders and SMEs, maintaining an ongoing knowledge base of industry insights, emerging trends, and operational demand to develop strategic business plans.
