      Travel Operations Manager

      My current position responsibilities include evaluating and implementing the company's Travel and Expense (T&E) platform, oversight of spending controls, account reconciliations, and financial documentation. I facilitate travel policy and standard operating procedures (SOPs) reviews and updates and collaborate closely with event planners and stakeholders across the company to optimize outcomes. I work closely with our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) administrative team to continually streamline and improve the travel request and documentation process. I am also responsible for staff training on the travel program and conducting detailed data analysis to inform strategic decisions.Beyond travel management, I oversee inventory for our widely dispersed staff and handle day-to-day operations at our Jacksonville, NC, facility. Recently, I spearheaded the development of an integrated inventory management system, optimizing warehouse operations, inventory allocations, cycle counts, order picking, replenishment, and outbound logistics.
