Directly coordinated and executed customs and security processing with Host Nation (HN) agencies, ground movement, sensitive equipment transport, port access, and logistics support in support of Secretary of Defense ordered counter-terrorism missions.Oversaw all facility and utility requirements for the 250-man, 12 structure HN compound, tactical vehicle maintenance program, supply contracting, and the administrative requirements of a 40-man troop across six individual departments to include Air, Dive, Command Master At Arms, Ordnance, Combat Camera and Seabees.Managed a 200+ man camp as Mayor during exercise Eager Lion (Aqaba, Jordan). Responsible for $3M worth of construction at US Naval facilities at Fujairah and Jebel Ali, UAE as well as oversight of $7M in Government service contracts for base operations. Managed mission critical facilities support, planning and construction efforts to ensure 100% mission capability of this strategic Gulf logistics hub.
