The concept required a continuous interaction between the server and the client throughout the dining experience, which had a positive effect on my public speaking skills. The international clientele brought me many interesting connections from different cultures.PASSIO is a Helsinkian casual fine dining restaurant that focuses on quality Nordic handcraftmanship. It competes in the local top 5 on TripAdvisor and is included in the Michelin guide.   Worked in several different restaurants and hotels in Helsinki area, Kuopio and Levi Ski Resort. Took part in organizing large scale events, banquets, and conferences, which helped me gain a lot of sales experience. Partial shift leading and accounting the daily cash flow were also my duties and I was involved in the orientation of new workers on e.g. Point Of Sale systems. Having observed many different places from the perspective of an employee, I've been able to see how different companies are structured in the industry. That has inspired me to help improve the general working efficiency in workplaces by bringing up development ideas.
