  Currently Working in Raw material handling system of India's largest integrated steel plant (18MTPA).1. Planning and execution of Preventive maintenance plan for mechanical equipment Stacker-Reclaimer in collaboration with Operation and maintenance teams.2. Conducting Troubleshooting of mechanical equipment like Gearbox, brake unit, Hydraulics systems etc and resolving 95% of the issues with the target timeframe.3. Promptly identify and diagnose errors in the mechanical equipment.4. Supported the Project Team in commissioning of new mechanical equipment.5. Collaborating with Project team for maintaining spare management for the Mechanical equipment.6. Documenting all the preventive maintenance details in the software.7. Performing regular safety inspection in the site and escalating the issue to management team if required.8. Managing the team properly to get higher efficiency in the work. Show less
