      As the Regional Head of Business Messaging at ADA, I oversee the strategic direction and operations of the Business Messaging vertical across the Asian Pacific region. My responsibilities include sharing the P&L responsibility, enabling new product portfolios, building partnerships with OTT channels, and identifying monetization opportunities.I work closely with the Managing Director of CES and other Country Directors to drive financial performance and profitability. My role involves identifying market-specific OTT channels, such as WhatsApp, LINE, and Viber, to facilitate effective two-way communication capabilities and enhance customer engagement.I proactively develop product roadmaps, identify business opportunities, and synergize solutions with telco-media advertising inventory. By nurturing partnerships with OTT channel providers, I enhance our service offerings to meet the business objectives of our customers.Collaboration is key, as I work with Country Directors, Growth Teams, and Account Managers to facilitate go-to-market initiatives and ensure successful product rollouts.
