Throughout my courses, I have gained a strong foundation in several key areas of psychology, including behavioural change, psychopathology, counselling, neuroscience and research skills. I have learned about the different models and theories used to understand human behaviour and how they can be applied to create positive changes in people's lives. Psychopathology have provided me with an understanding of mental health dysfunctions and factors that contribute to their development as well as how to support individuals and families affected. Counseling equips me with practical skills in listening, empathy, and effective communication. I have learned how to establish a therapeutic relationship with clients, assess their needs and goals, and develop effective treatment plans. My passion lies with neuroscience, but not limited to it.
