This included leading staff on digital development projects to achieve strategic objectives. I worked on writing the specifications for integrating the CRM/Website/LMS and was part of the project board to deliver the new integrated system in 2021 at FSRH. This allowed the organisation to support delivery of education and training to SRH professionals on clearly defined educational journeys.I also lead on creating website content, developing tailored e-communications to specific membership groups and development of these channels based on analytics. I was also responsible for producing all video content for FSRH's YouTube channel and member only content shared on Vimeo.
