  Director of Student Learning and Special Services for students preschool through grade 12 for Brown County Schools. Current responsibilities include development and direction of the district's assessment programs and instructional programs including special education, academic and social emotional supports, high ability enrichment, and the integration of instructional technology. In addition, secures then manages several private, state and federal grants. Oversees the district's fully inclusive Paths to Quality Preschool Program which includes seven preschool classrooms in four school buildings. Serves as a Steering Committee member of the Brown County Career Resource Center and team member on most district level committees. Supports implementation of the TAP System for Educator Evaluation and Compensation under the direction of the Superintendent and NIET as part of a multi-year, multi-million dollar federal grant.
