  • Investigate experimental custom composite rocket body tubes for use in WVU Experimental Rocketry.• Winding fiberglass tubes using an X-Winder, a filament winding machine, and conducting structural analysis such as compressive loading and hydrostatic testing.• Used CAD and 3D printing to make custom modifications for the X-Winder, including a custom mandrel.
