  Working at Grindex Engineering CC as a CNC programmer and setter taught me to work accurately and precisely and take pride in my work. I learnt the importance of communication and building strong customer relationships, especially when addressing design changes and identifying critical features within the proposed designs. Teamwork was a crucial skill whilst working in such an environment as various departments needed to communicate and work together to produce the end product.Mastercam was used as the CAM package to program the Akira Seiki CNC milling (3 & 4-axis) and lathe machines.
