  As an Human Resources Specialist, I am responsible for assisting and supporting the VP of Human Resources and the Training and Recruiting Specialist in all areas of human resources. These areas include all things HR from benefit administration, recruiting, policy implementation, recording and reporting of information to employee relations. As a Financial Services Officer, I promoted positive customer service relationships with members of the Credit Union that led to improved account engagement. Engaged non-members and members by identifying different products that the Credit Union offered that best fit their needs. As a Member Experience Representative, the main responsibility was to assist members with their daily financial transactions, which ranged from making deposits to updating account information. This position allowed me to make positive customer relationships with our members and non-members that led to better account engagement for the Credit Union and ultimately for our members.
