  Cyber Security Analyst/ IT Soloutions- Monitored workstations on-site to verify if all necessary security tools were in place, if not, remediations were scheduled with the Business Users through a governed change management process to have the security tools installed on the workstation in question. - Performed detailed Internal Application audits on validated Applications to ensure processes and features were meeting the governed guidelines, requiring me to work with various Business User's to ask questions and obtain evidence regarding the audit. - Rolled out a Change Management Procedure that allows for Microsoft KB's to be applied to workstations with Validated applications (Non-Standard Workstations), allowed for a Full Change to be open and closed within one month versus the previous time period of 3-6 months. - Interacted with Business Users on the Sanofi Toronto site to Schedule, Train, and Resolve issues related to the site- Used KPIs to keep track of department performance and efficiency, as well as to monitor site Cyber Security- Followed Industry governed GMP practices and worked directly on various forms of business documentation such as Change Management Procedures, Architecture Specifications, Remediation Executions, Installation Procedures, and many more. Project Technical Coordinator- As a Project Technical Coordinator, I lead the Engineering Cloud-Based Workspace Scheduling solution, enabling Work-from-home users to come back on-site and book a desk in a safe and secure manner. - In my role as PTC I communicated with Sanofi team members on a Global, Regional, and Local level and was able to allocate ITS Technical resources for the success of the project. Additionally, I produced and reviewed several SDLC documents such as IQ Designs, Test cases, Technical Recovery Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans, Infrastructure Operational Manuals, and ITS Administration Support Procedures.
