  This saw me attached as an administrative assistant till November 2016. Under this position I interacted with clients and this enabled me understand the client needs. Here also I was able to be in charge of guards affairs and coordinating with different departments in the company and understanding their processes. I also carried personnel audits prior to guards deployment. I was tasked as a shadow supervisors at a technical level and interning under managers in different departments. This saw me being attached in Investigations office, Training, Human Resource Office and Public Relations office. This gave me an in-depth understanding of different facets of security. I was tasked with controlling people who are entering areas that we have been tasked to guard. This ranged from residential homes, hospitals, hotels and schools amongst other places before being moved to commercial areas such as malls and offices due to my good command in English and social nature.
