Develops and review RCM packages for various shipboard Submarine Sonar, Towed Array and Radio systems. Assist government personnel in analysis and processing of logistic support data for various shipboard Combat Systems equipment. Performs technical review, conducts analysis, and prepares responses to PMS Technical Feedback Reports. Reviews In-Service Engineering Agents (ISEA) and private contractor maintenance documentation and recommends approval using the RCM guidelines. Coordinates with acquisition managers and In Service Engineers (ISEA) to ensure accuracy and adequacy of PMS coverage for modified or newly installed equipment onboard naval ships and shore commands.
