I provided oversight for the Tocqueville Society, major gifts and planned giving efforts. I worked with a small team of staff and volunteers to grow giving within the Tocqueville Society by 40% over two years. I also served on the organization's management team. I provided oversight for United Way of Pierce County's $7 million annual Federal, State and Community-wide Campaigns. I led the successful completion of a Challenge Match from a major donor resulting in $2 million in new revenue for community investments.
