  I led the implementation of all 11 components of High Impact Nutrition Interventions (HINI) across six MOH facilities. I conducted training sessions for MOH officials and community health workers (CHWs) as well as household nutrition surveys and field monitoring visits. I established a system for home follow-up visits and defaulter tracing of beneficiaries. Additionally, I coordinated and maintained strong partnerships with health and nutrition stakeholders at the county level. I conceptualized and implemented an annual nutrition rapid assessment for the county presenting the results to key stakeholders including USAID.   I developed an innovative Key Population (KP) peer navigation strategy that increased treatment retention among KPs from 60% to 96% within one year, successfully achieving the third 90 target. Through community mobilization and sensitization for HIV care among PLHIV, I contributed to achieving over 97% viral suppression among 670 FSW enrolled in care. Additionally, I facilitated the mobilization of 4000 FSW into PrEP achieving an 88% retention rate using the peer navigation model I designed.
