As the top-seller at Canadian Affair, I was consistently smashing my personal sales targets and winning many incentives. Over time, I naturally took on a coaching role where I would share my tips and experiences with other members of staff to help them reach their own targets and grow confidence in selling the product. My job also involved attending supplier events and building effective business relationships with key industry suppliers.In 2016, I was one of 2 UK Tour Operator sales agents to be chosen by Destination Canada to travel to various destinations in British Columbia where I was joined with a film crew.
