      Chris was accountable for the delivery of ITIL service management processes to clients in the manufacturing and Diversified sectors. He managed a team of 40 leveraged staff and was responsible for IT service management performance. Duties involved issue resolution, transition, resourcing, process development and ensuring a high standard throughout the ITIL services.He also ensured that OLA’s and SLA’s were met for each account and presented remedial plans to CSC senior management if the accounts fail their targets.Achievements / Successes• Deployed leveraged service management successfully to BAE Systems• Significant reduction of major incidents and stabilisation of services to Selex Galileo• Modernisation and consolidation of processes for URENCO• Moved 9 accounts to globalised processes including major incident follow the sun model• Deployment of Configuration Management to URENCO with the Remedy Atrium Engine Show less Change process owner and responsible for the effective management of all IT changes on the Selex and BAE accounts. Projects ranged from new deployments, procurement, building closures, alterations to managed services and mobile technologies. Chris met tight deadlines for high visibility projects including those where the Chief Executive of the NHS expressed a personal interest.       Queen Scout Award The Scout Association Jul 2006 This is the Scout equivalent of the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award. Chris undertook a number of activities and an expedition as per the syllabus. This led to a ceremonial award day at Windsor Castle. Unfortunately the Queen couldn't be present as it was the same day as the inauguration of the new pope.
