I dealt with all the clerical needs of the teams such as financial reporting, on and off boarding staff and software/hardware requests. I had some involvement in UAT testing and defect management. I also have re-vamped the various processes which have resulted in guides being published for the management and the wider teams within the bank. I have held various roles with the Fraud (Cheque and Other Banks cheque fraud),1st party fraud, CIFAS and Detica (Fraud Ring Networks)) & AML investigation teams using such systems as FORTENT & AVALOQ for profiling, Investigating and reporting any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities. Created numerous walkthrough guides for all the teams, which have been used to help the new staff.
