Credit linked 4000 women across the block. Started income generating activities such as incense stick making, animal husbandry to name a few. Introduced zero-budget natural farming, SRI/SWI, vermi-composting in the block. Networked with civil societies, banks, government bodies and other stakeholders for smooth implementation of the project. Design, developed policy and implemented Farmer Training and Information Center (FTIC) across 6 districts of the state. Created training modules for producer groups for the state of Bihar.
