      I work as an Assistant Lecturer to Masters units Corporate Sustainability Management (Human Geography, Anthropology and Development Studies Department, School of Social Sciences) International Institutions and Organisations (Monash Business School). PhD Student - Research focusing on the transformative policy mixes to engaging SMEs in urban sustainability transitions. I analyse Net zero emissions by 2050, and Halving food waste by 2030 policy mixes to engage hospitality SMEs in the metropolitan Melbourne context. Teaching Associate for Master’s programmes units (International Institutions and Organisations; International Trade Policy; Resource Evaluation and Management) and undergraduate programmes ( Extreme Earth! Natural Hazards and Human Vulnerability, and Environmental and Climate Policy and Management, Resource Evaluation and Management) I contribute to map the regional circular economy actors in Australia as a part of the collaborative National Environment Science Program. These informal actors are categorised based on several criteria including on CE activities, Retention Options (RO).

The projects were selected through initial screening and then public voting. Out of 800+ projects, Maha Oya Sand Mining Project received the 5th position and then I was selected by Hivos Foundation - Netherlands for an individual training on "Pitching Projects", conducted in Amsterdam- Netherlands in February, 2015.
