  As a duty manager my role varied on a daily basis depending on the companies needs. Duties included managing 7-10 staff at a time to ensure all were performing to a high standard as well as providing exceptional customer service, weekly stock checks, managing our membership events and clients, staff rota planning and ensuring smooth running of the site. Another main responsibility was daily cashing up of the tills and weekly banking of total profits, which was something I particularly enjoyed.
