  I am responsible for the direct single-site manufacturing operations through a team of managers and supervisors, ensuring increasing levels of customer and employee satisfaction while improving the efficiency of manpower, materials and machines utilizing 50+ employee's across multiple shifts. Operations of an advanced digital print department utilizing top of the line Xerox cut sheet presses running full color and B&W applications totaling more then 100 Million impression/year. We have Docutech 6115’s, Nuvera 288’s, iGen 3 and iGen 4 technology, as well as being the first in New England to install the Xerox 8250. A 20,000 Sq/Ft logistics center specializing in inventory control, shipping/receiving and fulfillment projects for both internal and external customers.
