      Investing in new stores, launching new products, bringing new innovation. Tristan’s role was leading the National program management for Coles store 'Renewal' transformation program. Major focus working cross functionally with Renewal Operations, Planning, Construction, Property and State Development teams to program manage and oversee delivery of the national renewal program. The focus of renewal was to transform stores in all elements of format, operations, people and innovation. The role had a strategic focus on planning and prioritising the supermarkets in the fleet for investment, to successfully deliver over 100 store projects annually (refurbishments, extensions and new stores). During this time, I also developed and implemented the Store Objectives process, and managed the approval forums with Senior Management for decisions relating to funding approval and strategy.Prior to this was doing project management deliver including multi-site management of store refurbishments, new stores and extensions throughout Western Australia. Dealing with multiple senior leadership, across 20+ business units to drive progress and key decisions.- Program management of standing up a new department within one of Australia’s largest banks to deal with complex regulatory issues.
