  Worked primarily on supply chain management addressing scrap recycling, energy efficiency upgrades and community-based projects along Patagonia's finished good factories.In addition, worked with Patagonia Inc. over the course of ~2.5 years to finish my master's thesis tracing their wool supply chain throughout the Patagonian Grasslands of Argentina and conducting an economic evaluation of the implementation of holistic management.   During my summer internship at lululemon, I created a series of financial models to appropriately evaluate product waste. Through a combination of strategies (e.g. recycling, donation, upcycling), my analysis provided insight to a multitude of options in order to responsibly dispose of waste. In addition, I created a poly bag pilot that was structured to reduce poly bags by 60% by 2015. Lastly, I observed sustainable purchasing options and methods of disposal for operational waste.
